Broken Hill Motor Company in New South Wales is seeking an experienced Fixed Operations Manager to lead our Service and Parts departments. You will drive KPI achievement, profitability and customer satisfaction while coaching a high-performing team in a fast-paced dealership environment.
You will report to the Dealer Principal and oversee manufacturer compliance, warranty processes and reporting, focusing on process improvement and strong relationships with customers and OEM partners.
