Our core business is the service, supply and installation of Automatic Door, Roller Shutter and Gate entry systems to the Commercial, Industrial and Construction marketplace. We have a large skilled fleet of Field Technicians providing exceptional onsite services and an experienced office & admin team. We require an experienced Sales Quoting Coordinator to join our growing team. To join our company, you will need to be self-motivated, enjoy all aspects of sales and have a genuine desire to look after our customers.
About The Role:
Based in our Jamisontown Penrith office, this role involves:
- Directly communicating with Field Service Technicians and customers to determine requirements to create quotes.
- Promptly following up with clients upon receipt and seeking feedback.
- Reviewing details and estimating timeframes for job completion.
- Building a comprehensive knowledge in the CRM system.
- Establishing and maintaining customer relationships through regular contact.
- Managing priorities to ensure timely processing of specifications, quotes, and sales orders through the CRM system.
- Utilising CRM reports to guarantee follow-up on all quotes and activities.
- Processing and ordering materials, and effectively managing approved quotes.
Your Skills:
- Experience in our industry is ideal; however, candidates from other sectors, such as service-based industries, are encouraged to apply.
- Engaging and friendly personality with a professional phone manner.
- Proactive problem solver with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Industry experience or technical skills in the Automatic Door, Roller Shutter or Gate Industry are an advantage.
- Prior experience in B2B selling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong desire to achieve and exceed set KPI’s.
- Proficiency in simPRO and ZOHO is an advantage but not essential.
- Great customer relations and strong computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
