Overview of Responsibilities and Duties:
Call customers before attending to confirm call-out fees — and keep Dispatch in the loop if no one is home.
Always arrive with pride: clean boots and a professional attitude that reflects who we are.
Listen to the customer’s concerns without rushing — you’re not just a tradie, you’re their trusted advisor.
Quote clearly and confidently. Use our proven quoting system, include the Home Protection Plan, and show the customer you’ve got their best interests at heart.
Apply the highest standards of workmanship using your trade skills.
Handle any customer issues/queries within 24 hours — we back you, and we protect our brand together.
Stick to our Proven Sales System, uphold company policies, and help us set the standard across the industry.
