Brisbane Smiles is seeking a friendly, organised, and professional
Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our established practice in Toowong.
This is more than a reception role.
You'll be the welcoming face of our practice and a trusted guide who helps patients understand their treatment options, coordinate their care, and enjoy an exceptional experience from start to finish.

About the Role
- Coordinate appointments and treatment plans
- Support patients through their treatment journey
- Manage patient communications, recalls, and follow-ups
- Process payments and health fund claims
- Prepare treatment documentation and consent forms
- Deliver exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email
About You
- Love helping people and providing outstanding customer service
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
- Are confident, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Thrive in a busy team environment
- Enjoy building relationships and creating positive patient experiences
Experience
We welcome applicants from dental, medical, hospitality, retail, and customer service backgrounds.
Dental experience is preferred but not essential.
We will provide training and support for the right person.
