We're Looking for an Exceptional Boilermaker / Fabricator

We're growing and looking for an experienced Boilermaker / Fabricator who is technically capable, takes pride in their work and enjoys figuring out how to make things happen.

You’ll be someone who can look at a drawing, understand what needs to be done, plan the fabrication process and produce a quality finished product.

Some jobs will be familiar and repeat work, while others will be new and require you to think through a challenge and work out the best way to fabricate it.

If you enjoy variety, problem-solving and having the freedom to use your skills, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Love About Working With Us

We believe people do their best work when they are trusted, respected and given the opportunity to contribute.

As a member of our team:

  • Your work will matter. You’ll play an important role in a growing company and your contribution will have a direct impact on our success.

  • Your experience will be valued. We’ll ask for your ideas, feedback and opinions because we know great ideas can come from anywhere.

  • You’ll have a voice. Our weekly team meetings provide an opportunity to share experiences, challenges, ideas and ways we can improve.

  • You’ll be treated with respect. We believe in constructive communication and a positive workplace. You won’t be subjected to yelling, abuse or being spoken down to.

  • You’ll be trusted to do your job. We’ll make sure you understand our systems and expectations, then give you the autonomy to get on with the work without unnecessary supervision.

  • You’ll be part of a team. We want everyone to support each other, share knowledge and contribute to a workplace they’re proud to be part of.

  • Your contribution will be recognised. When you identify a better way of doing something or help improve the workplace, we want to hear about it and recognise the contribution you make.

  • Planning fabrication processes and turning drawings into finished products.

  • Measuring, cutting, fitting and fabricating steel components.

  • Welding components, primarily using MIG.

  • TIG welding experience would be an advantage.

  • Fabricating both repeat products and one-off or customised items.

  • Problem-solving and working out practical fabrication solutions.

  • Maintaining a high standard of quality and workmanship.

  • Contributing ideas and experience during team meetings.

  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve great outcomes for our customers.
