The Role
Are you a meticulous finance professional with a flair for processing financial transactions and an eye for detail?
Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same?
We are on the lookout for an Accounts Support Administrator to join our dynamic team.
This is a role where your skills and expertise will shine as you assisting with the processing of the accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, inclusive of processing of purchase orders and invoices, generating of payments, as well as collection of BML receivables.
Hours - Mon to Fri 7am - 3.30pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely debtor and creditor management
- Provide administrative and project support across finance functions.
- Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, tenant billing, weekly market reporting and general finance projects.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a candidate with 4+ years of experience in finance, accounts payable/receivable and/or in a finance position ideally for a medium-size company who has:
- Familiarity with MS Business Central - preferred.
- Impeccable organisational skills with strong attention to detail and general financial understanding.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with tenants, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- A passion for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
