Sophia College in Plainlands is seeking a Program Leader (LIFE Companion - Learning & Growth) for a strategic middle leadership role to advance student learning, engagement and achievement. You will drive whole-school improvement priorities, monitor progress and coach staff to strengthen teaching practices in a Catholic learning community.
Guided by our mission and Franciscan charism, you will lead evidence-informed initiatives, analyse student data, coordinate support and budget management.
