Assisi Catholic College, Upper Coomera, seeks a passionate Pastoral Leader to foster student wellbeing, faith development and belonging within our Catholic community. The role is full-time, 30 hours per week, starting January 2027, with ongoing leadership across pastoral care and teacher induction.
You will supervise staff, coordinate camps and retreats, monitor holistic student development and manage resources in line with BCE values and budget priorities.
