About the Role
As our Service Centre Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting our Service Department.
You’ll help ensure our customers feel welcomed, supported and informed while providing essential administrative support to keep the department running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and assisting with Service Centre enquiries
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Managing customer enquiries via email
- Supporting the Service team with administrative duties
- Coordinating customer information and documentation
- Processing payments and handling EFTPOS transactions
- Completing daily cash reconciliation
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
- General office administration and ad hoc support
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
- A friendly, professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence using computers and multiple systems
- Experience with EFTPOS and cash handling
- The ability to multitask in a busy environment
- A proactive approach and willingness to help wherever needed
Experience in an automotive, dealership or service environment will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
