Brimarco, a Ballarat-based specialist vehicle manufacturer, is seeking a Lead Engineer to own one of our product lines from concept to production. You will balance hands-on design with technical leadership, collaborating with clients in design reviews to shape solutions and build standards, master models and systems that scale our capabilities.
You will mentor engineers, drive modular design and compliance with ADR, and partner with Production, Sales and Procurement to deliver practical solutions.
