Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for our residential and commercial clients, providing friendly, professional assistance and keeping them informed throughout their jobs.

You’ll also provide administration support across the full job workflow - from enquiries and bookings through to materials, job completion and invoicing. Working closely with our office team and tradespeople, you’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly.

About Us

Brillare Electrical is a Perth-based contractor delivering electrical, HVAC and security services across government, commercial and residential properties.

We’re known for our responsiveness, professionalism and high standards. Our office team is central to delivering that service, ensuring customers feel looked after and technicians have the information and support they need.

The Role

Working under the direction of the Business Operations Manager, you will:

Assist customers: Answer incoming calls and emails, make outbound calls, respond to enquiries and record accurate customer and job details.

Support bookings and scheduling: Book appointments, arrange site access and assist with scheduling technicians for planned and reactive work.

Keep customers informed: Confirm bookings and communicate arrival times, scheduling changes and job progress.

Support the full job workflow: Assist with enquiries, quote follow-ups, job tracking, completion paperwork and invoicing.

Liaise with tradespeople and subcontractors: Help ensure they have the job details, access information and documentation required.

Organise materials: Place approved orders, follow up suppliers and arrange collections and deliveries.

Support warehouse and stock checks: Check stock availability, maintain accurate records and flag replenishment needs.

Assist with invoicing: Prepare and process invoices, checking job notes, labour, materials and supporting paperwork.

Maintain accurate records: Keep customer information, work orders and purchase orders up to date.

Provide administration and reporting support: Update job status reports, follow up outstanding information and assist the Business Operations Manager with daily tasks.

Handle customer concerns professionally: Resolve routine enquiries and refer more complex issues to the Business Operations Manager.

What We’re Looking For

Previous minimum 2 years experience in customer service and administration, ideally within a trade, maintenance or service business.

A friendly, confident phone manner and clear written communication.

Strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.

The ability to manage competing tasks and stay calm during busy periods.

Confidence using computer systems and learning new software.

A reliable, helpful approach and a willingness to work closely with the team.

Good follow-through - you keep people updated and see tasks through to completion.

Experience with ServiceM8, Pipedrive, Justcall, Microsoft and Xero will be highly regarded. Experience with similar job management platforms, such as simPRO or ServiceTitan, is also welcome.

Experience supporting bookings, invoicing, purchasing or stock administration will be an advantage.
