Brightwater seeks a General Manager – Disability Services to lead its disability services portfolio, including supported independent living, capacity building and transitional rehabilitation. You will guide significant operations, workforce, finance, quality, compliance and growth, reporting to the Chief Operations Officer.
You will inspire a high-performing leadership team, strengthen integration and pathways, and position Brightwater for success in an evolving NDIS and health landscape.
