Registered Nurse I Aged Care I Agency Shifts
Brightstar Nursing Australia Pty Ltd, a trusted provider of quality aged care staffing solutions, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team on a casual basis. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians while providing high-quality care and support across Nowra, Berry, Ulladulla and Batehaven, NSW.
Key responsibilities
- Providing compassionate, person-centred nursing and care to our aged care residents.
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
- Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Actively participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for
- Current registration as an RN with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting.
- Minimum of 6 months recent experience in residential aged care.
- Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Right to work in Australia (mandatory).
