Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care.
- Maintain accurate residents records and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
- Educate residents and their families about health conditions and care plans.
Qualifications
- Certificate III/IV in Individual Support
- Minimum 6 month experience in aged care preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle preferred.
- NDIS Check.
