We're partnering with a well-established NFP in South-West Sydney to recruit a Senior Speech Pathologist.
This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role, providing clinical guidance and supervision while maintaining your own varied caseload.
The Opportunity
- Providing clinical leadership, supervision and mentoring to a team.
- Managing a community-based caseload.
- Supporting clients with complex communication and swallowing needs.
- Working collaboratively with Behaviour Support Practitioners, Occupational Therapists and Support Coordinators.
- Contributing to clinical quality and service delivery.
- Deliver interventions in-person, through home visits, or via Telehealth.
Where You'll Be Working
You’ll primarily service the South-West Sydney region, including Austral, Busby and surrounding Liverpool areas.

About You
We’re looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist who is confident working autonomously and enjoys supporting and developing other clinicians.
You’ll ideally have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
- Current SPA membership.
- Experience working within disability or community-based services.
- Confidence supporting clients with complex communication needs.
- Previous supervision or mentoring experience.
