About the role
As Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and operation of the centre, while supporting and developing your team. This is a hands-on leadership role in a beautifully designed early learning centre, working closely with a supportive management team to build a positive culture and deliver high-quality outcomes for children and families.
Key responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators

Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community

Oversee compliance with the NQF, NQS, National Law and Regulations

Lead the centre's QIP and continuous improvement
-
Manage staffing, rosters, enrolments, administration, and performance

Promote a positive, inclusive, and professional workplace culture

Support the centre's growth, occupancy, and reputation
-
Ensure children's safety, wellbeing, learning, and development remain at the heart of everything we do
About you

Experienced as a Centre Director, Nominated Supervisor

Qualified with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care

Highly knowledgeable in the NQF, NQS, EYLF, National Law and Regulations

A confident and supportive leader who knows how to bring out the best in educators

Strong in compliance, organisation, communication, and relationship building

Confident managing challenging conversations and performance matters

Passionate about child safety and high-quality early learning

Hands-on, organised, approachable, and committed to making a difference
