Brighte is seeking a Vendor Operations lead to convert signed vendors into productive partners within 30 days, and to manage day-to-day vendor escalations across programs in a dynamic energy space.
You'll build and maintain the vendor knowledge base, train internal teams on dispute handling, and share vendor insights to drive process improvements while coordinating with Tech, Settlements and Customer Support. Hybrid work and ESOP offered.
