We're growing, and we're after a Klaviyo whiz who gets genuinely excited about a well‐built flow.
Here's the deal
You'll own email and SMS for a handful of our Shopify clients, building flows that make money while everyone's asleep and campaigns that customers actually want to open.
If you've also got Meta or Google Ads experience, that's a big bonus, and there's room for this role to grow alongside us.
We have an in‐house designer who will handle the graphics side.

What you'll be doing
- Building, auditing and optimising Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post‐purchase, winback and more)
- Planning, building and scheduling email campaigns for multiple Shopify brands, while coordinating with our Meta and Google campaigns
- Setting up segments and sign‐up forms that grow and nurture lists
- Running A/B tests and turning results into recommendations
- Keeping an eye on deliverability and list health
- Reporting on performance and keeping the team up to date
Bonus points if you can also (or have experience in)
- Building and managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads
- Bring ideas that connect email with paid social and search and think outside the box
The boring but important bits
- 2 days per week to start: Mondays, plus one flexible day (approx. 10-15 hours/week)
- Casual rate: $40-$45/hr + super (depending on experience)
- Work from home, available online during business hours on your work days
- Close enough to the Gold Coast for quarterly in-person team days
- Your own computer and reliable internet
You'll thrive in this role if you
- Have at least 2 years' hands‐on Klaviyo experience with e Commerce brands
- Know your way around Shopify
- Can write clean, on‐brand copy (and spot a typo from across the room)
- Are comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines
- Like working with data and can back your recommendations with numbers
- Are self-motivated and happy to run with things without micromanagement
