As a Night Cleaner/Concierge at Bright & Duggan Property Group in Abian - Brisbane, you will play a crucial role within the CMS - QLD department. This Casual position in the Housekeeping category offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of our property. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing cleaning duties during the night shift to ensure that all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness
- Monitoring and maintaining security measures throughout the premises
- Assisting residents or guests with any inquiries or requests during the night hours
- Reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the relevant departments
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations during the night shift
The main tasks for this role involve:
- Carrying out thorough cleaning of designated areas, including communal spaces, restrooms, and other facilities as required
- Conducting regular patrols of the premises to maintain a secure environment for residents and visitors
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing any enquiries or requests courteously and efficiently
- Documenting and communicating any incidents or issues effectively in accordance with company procedures
- Following established protocols for handling emergencies or unusual situations that may arise during the night shift
Working hours are from 11pm – 7am Friday and Saturday, 16 hours per week.
