At Bridebook, we're digitising the wedding industry! Join us in transforming the wedding planning experience for engaged couples around the world.

Bridebook is a SaaS and Marketplace scale-up business revolutionising the wedding industry. We are proud to be the UK's number one wedding planning app and the ONLY global provider! Our mission is to make the wedding planning journey as happy as possible for engaged couples everywhere!

With over 90% of the world's 7.5bn population expected to get married in their lifetime, the wedding industry is massive. It is 50% larger than the global taxi and food delivery markets combined, yet it sadly lags in digitalisation and lacks solutions for the modern-day needs of both couples and businesses.

Our innovative platform is designed to make wedding planning effortless and stress-free. From personalised wedding checklists, budget management tools, a vast selection of venues and suppliers, and endless inspiration – you can access it all at your fingertips, on your mobile device! After recently becoming the first app of its kind to launch globally, Bridebook now enables couples to plan destination weddings anywhere in the world. This exciting expansion makes it a truly fantastic time to join us on our journey!

We're looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused Account Executive to help grow and strengthen Bridebook's partnerships with wedding venues and suppliers across the Australian market. Australia is an exciting new market for Bridebook where we've already seen fantastic growth, and there is still huge untapped opportunity ahead. This role offers the chance to have a real impact in shaping and scaling a relatively greenfield market, while benefiting from strong progression opportunities as the business continues to expand internationally.

As an Account Executive, you'll own and grow a portfolio of venue and supplier partnerships, acting as the primary point of contact for your accounts. You'll use data-driven insights and strong relationship management skills to maximise retention, drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure partners are getting the most value from the Bridebook platform.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment, enjoys building meaningful client relationships, and is motivated by commercial success and uncapped earning potential.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of venue and supplier accounts, building strong relationships and driving measurable commercial impact
  • Running regular account reviews, presenting performance insights and recommendations, and aligning with partners on clear success plans
  • Proactively identifying retention risks early and executing renewal and save strategies to protect revenue
  • Generating, qualifying, and progressing upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve individual and team KPI targets
  • Creating tailored proposals that align Bridebook's products and services with partner goals and business objectives
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers to drive alignment and successful commercial outcomes
  • Maintaining exceptional CRM hygiene within HubSpot, ensuring account notes, next steps, opportunities, and stakeholder details are always accurate and up to date
  • Tracking and forecasting account performance and pipeline activity, sharing insights on opportunities, risks, and market trends
  • Creating and delivering engaging partner content including emails, webinars, and enablement materials to increase adoption and product understanding
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Growth Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to optimise partner performance and drive long-term growth
  • Collecting and sharing structured partner feedback to support improvements across Product, Marketing, and Operations

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in B2B account management, sales, or customer success roles with a track record of achieving revenue and retention targets
  • A confident communicator and presenter, able to build trust and influence stakeholders across different levels of an organisation
  • Commercially sharp, with strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing pipelines and account data within CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • Data-literate and confident interpreting account performance metrics to identify opportunities and risks
  • Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Enjoys working autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Curious about the wedding industry and motivated by helping partners grow their businesses

Benefits:

  • 20 days of annual leave
  • Fully remote working with the option to collaborate once a week in the office with the Australia commercial team
  • $1000 AUD per year Learning and Development budget
  • One month fully paid Sabbatical Leave after five years in BB
  • 2 weeks Working From Anywhere per year
  • Wedding Leave (5 days paid)
  • Half-Day Wedding Anniversary Leave
  • Yearly BB Summit and quarterly events to celebrate milestones!

Australia, Remote (option to go into an office once a week)

Equal employment opportunity. Research shows that women, neurodiverse individuals, and members of other under-represented groups tend to not apply to jobs when they think they may not meet every qualification, when, in fact, they often do! At Bridebook we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and strongly encourage you to apply.

So what's next? You'll hear from our team within 2 weeks regarding your application. We believe in efficient and meaningful conversations, so you'll be happy to hear there isn't a whopping 7 stage process!
