About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Services Officer to join our team in Albion. Putting your product knowledge to work in a collaborative office, your expertise ensures our clients get the exact locking systems and hardware they need.
What You’ll Be Doing
Solve Customer Enquiries: Manage incoming calls and emails from customers, helping solve their hardware requests.
Quoting: Interpret customer requirements to prepare and distribute timely quotes.
Procurement: Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to source required products promptly.
Administration: Maintain clean records, update spreadsheets, and manage job files.
What We’re Looking For
Industry Experience (Essential): Minimum 1 year in door hardware, with a solid grasp of product specifications.
Obsession with Detail: High level of accuracy when double-checking orders and documentation.
Strong Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
Computer Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
