About the Opportunity
We are seeking a commercially minded and analytical Procurement / Manufacturing Analyst to join our team in Rosebery.
Working closely with senior management and stakeholders across the business, including our manufacturing facilities in China and Vietnam, you will deliver insights, dashboards and KPI reporting to drive improvements across procurement, inventory, manufacturing and quality assurance.
You will have the opportunity to influence business decisions, improve processes and data quality, and play a key role in Bremick's upcoming ERP implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement improvements to processes, systems, procedures and data quality across procurement, inventory, manufacturing and quality assurance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs and analytical reports to improve inventory investment, customer service levels, manufacturing efficiency and quality performance.
- Provide analytical support for procurement, sourcing, supply chain and manufacturing initiatives.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Play a key role in the upcoming ERP implementation.
- Prepare management and Board-level reports to support strategic decision-making.
About You
You will ideally have:
- A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Commerce or a related analytical discipline (Essential).
- Proven procurement or supply chain experience in an international business environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Phocas or similar.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
- Sound knowledge of inventory management, procurement, planning, logistics and manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to an experienced team.
- ERP implementation experience (highly regarded).
