Breight Group has a new opportunity for a Recruitment Specialist with enterprise in SMP Project Delivery to join our team.
04th November, 2026
Love recruitment, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of finding the right people? We want to hear from you! Breight Group is on the hunt for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team! If you're a recruitment all-rounder who knows your way around both blue and white collar recruitment, love a challenge and can juggle multiple vacancies without breaking a sweat, this could be the role for you! You'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for our busy Project Delivery Team, sourcing, shortlisting and onboarding skilled tradespeople and professionals who help bring our projects to life. The details? It's a full-time, permanent position based at our Rivervale office, Monday to Friday, working alongside a supportive team that knows how to work hard, have a laugh and get things done!
What will you be doing? No two days are the same in recruitment, and that's exactly how we like it! You'll be responsible for:
- Owning the recruitment process β from advertising and sourcing through to interviews, offers and onboarding.
- Finding great talent β using SEEK, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and a little creative thinking to find the right people.
- Building talent pipelines β proactively sourcing candidates and keeping our talent pools ready for upcoming projects.
- Partnering with hiring managers β understanding workforce requirements and helping them secure the best people for their teams.
- Getting to know candidates β conducting phone screens, face-to-face and video interviews to find the right fit.
- Thinking outside the box β bringing fresh ideas and recruitment initiatives to improve how we attract and engage talent.
- Keeping everything on track β coordinating employment offers, onboarding, recruitment administration and reporting.
What are we looking for? We're looking for someone who enjoys recruitment, knows how to get things done and brings a positive attitude to the team. Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience in blue collar recruitment, preferably within mining, maintenance, construction or project delivery.
- Experience recruiting across both blue and white collar positions.
- Strong candidate sourcing skills β you know the best candidates aren't always actively looking!
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and keep things moving when the pressure is on.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a willingness to jump in and help the team.
- Experience using recruitment systems and platforms (Jobadder experience is advantageous).
- Full Australian working rights and a valid C Class driver's licence.
Why join Breight? We're a growing business with big ambitions, exciting projects and plenty happening behind the scenes. You'll be joining a team that genuinely enjoys working together, celebrates the wins and supports each other when things get busy.
If you love recruitment, enjoy a bit of organised chaos and want to be part of a business thatβs going places, we'd love to hear from you!
