We’re looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our team in Carole Park.
About the role
This is a hands-on role supporting the daily flow of stock and customer orders through our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking orders using Zebra scanners and NetSuite WMS
- Packing, labelling and palletising orders for dispatch
- Unloading containers and putting away stock
- Preparing orders and documentation for shipping, with some freight booking as required
- Assisting with stock replenishment, cycle counts and stocktakes
- Operating a forklift and maintaining a safe, organised warehouse
Hours of work
Monday to Thursday: 6.30am–3.45pm
Every second Friday: 6.30am–12.30pm
Enjoy every second Friday off as part of a nine-day fortnight. Hours may occasionally change to meet business needs, including during stocktake periods.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking or packing role
- A current forklift licence (mandatory)
- Confidence using warehouse systems and handheld scanners; NetSuite WMS experience is beneficial
- Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality
- Reliability, teamwork and a willingness to get involved in all areas of warehouse work
- Willingness to complete reference and police checks and a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
