Breakthru is looking for a Team Leader to guide a small team delivering multiple NDIS funded programs in Individualised Support and capacity-building. You will report to the Regional Manager and mentor staff to grow their skills while ensuring high-quality, client-centred service delivery.
You will engage with communities—homes, workplaces, and local neighbourhoods—building strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders to help people achieve meaningful outcomes.
