Bravus Mining & Resources in Rockhampton, QLD, is seeking a Training Systems Integrity Coordinator to help develop and continuously improve the Training Development Framework and safety training requirements, reporting to the Superintendent – Safety and Training.
You will conduct risk-based training needs analyses, maintain competency matrices, design programs to support SHMS processes, ensure CMSHA 1999 (Qld) compliance, keep training records, audit assessments, and monitor workforce competency.
