About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Canberra Centre store. This is a full-time position at 38 hours per week.
- Support the delivery of inclusive, positive, and respectful customer experiences.
- Assist with training, coaching, and development to help the team achieve store budgets and KPIs.
- Support the setup and maintenance of in-store displays in line with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines.
- Assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day-to-day store operations.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and wider team on operational and additional tasks as required.
