- Guiding and developing a capable engineering team
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and with commercial awareness
- Maintaining high utilisation and effective resource planning
- Providing technical oversight across design, programming, commissioning, and integration
- Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

- Proven experience in automation, control systems, or telemetry engineering
