Bracken Ridge Tavern is a busy northside venue undergoing a $10 million renovation and is family owned for over 40 years. We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to support the Venue Manager in delivery of day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with liquor and gaming regulations and maintaining guest satisfaction.
You will oversee Bar, Gaming, Restaurant and Function areas, manage rostering and stock, and lead a motivated team across busy service periods.
