Production Operator / Assembly All-Rounder – Forklift Licence Required
We are currently seeking an experienced Production Operator / Assembly All-Rounder to join our client's manufacturing team based in Glendenning.
This is a hands-on, factory-floor role, with approximately 90% of your day spent on production and assembly work and 10% occasional forklift operation.
You must hold a current LF Forklift Licence and have experience operating both high-reach and counterbalance forklifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manual assembly, processing and fabrication of products
- Operating production machinery and using hand and power tools
- Working on a fast-paced production line
- Conducting quality checks on materials and finished products
- Occasional high-reach and counterbalance forklift operation
- Restocking production lines and moving heavy stillages
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
Skills & Experience:
- Current Australian LF Forklift Licence (Essential)
- Proven experience operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts
- Previous manufacturing, production or assembly line experience
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual work
- Reliable transport and ability to start at 6:00 AM
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
