About the role: RSM Australia is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Senior Accountant to join our Geraldton team. You'll be part of a close-knit regional team within a national firm, offering clear career pathways, hands-on client exposure, and a genuinely supportive culture. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver, and assist in the promotion and growth of the following services to new and existing clients: Management Accounting, Outsourced CFO services
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with all current, legal and accounting reporting standards.
• Design, develop and analyse financial models.
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Identify, research and resolve all complex accounting issues.
• Analyse management accounting reports and provide advice to clients.

About you:

What you’ll bring:

• A degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major CA or equivalent qualification, or currently working towards.
• Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A proactive, client‑focused approach.
