The Opportunity

ITSystems Support Officer tojoinour Technology Teamandplayacriticalroleinsupportingtheday-to-daytechnologyexperienceofourpeople. Therolewillbebasedoutofour Sydney/Dubbooffice.

Headof Infrastructure , you'llberesponsibleforprovidingresponsivefirst-level ITsupport, managingtechnologyassets, supportingemployeeonboardingandoffboarding, andworking closelywithour Managed Service Providertoensureissuesareresolvedefficiently.

- Workingcloselywithour Managed Service Providertomonitorservicelevelsandescalateissueswhen required
- Assistingwithprocurementactivitiesandmaintainingappropriatetechnologystocklevelsacrossthe business
- Deliveringusertraining, guidanceandsupporttohelpteammembersgetthemostfromtechnology
