OUR CLIENT (your potential next employer): A boutique, yet highly reputable, specialised law firm, who are passionate about the work they do and the clients they work with. They are experiencing growth and are now seeking their next dynamic team member to join them.
ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be working on files relating to Motor Vehicle Accidents, Workers Compensation, Public Liability and Medical Negligence claims.
- You will be working with Industry Leaders and Experts in their field who will prove to be exceptional mentors.
- You will have the autonomy to run your own files, with supervision and guidance available if needed.
- Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients, barristers, experts, third party solicitors and government agencies.
- You will draft legal documents, correspondence and court documents, prepare briefs, organise medical appointments, conferences and mediations, prepare statements, and manage files, diaries and emails.
Your team members, including Partners, lawyers and other paralegals, are friendly, cohesive, collaborative, warm, engaging and a delight to work with. You will be valued and appreciated as the importance of your role is highly regarded.
Essential to be considered for this role is plaintiff experience and the desire to be a career paralegal.
