About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Reconciliation Consultant (Smart Stream TLM) to join its Sydney-based delivery team.
You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Smart Stream TLM solutions for leading banking and financial services clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Smart Stream TLM solutions.
- Design and maintain reconciliation workflows, matching rules, and exception management processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and production deployments.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and system issues.
- Work closely with business users, operations teams, and project stakeholders.
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on Smart Stream TLM experience.

- Workflow & Exception Management
- Experience within Banking, Capital Markets, Payments, Treasury, Custody, or Securities Operations.
- Strong SQL and database skills.

- Experience delivering Smart Stream projects for banking and financial services clients.
- Understanding of trade lifecycle and financial operations.
- Exposure to SWIFT, Payments, Securities, or Treasury products.
