BOUNCE is seeking a Cafe Team Leader to own the cafe and broader food and beverage operation across our Eastern Melbourne venues, Glen Iris and Blackburn. You will lead from the front, coach a team, maintain high standards and ensure quick, high-quality food, great coffee and exceptional service for guests.
The role emphasizes peak-period leadership, coaching and sustaining cafe culture aligned with BOUNCE values, with a Thursday–Monday pattern including Friday evenings.
