Job Qualifications:
- Identify and evaluate potential locations for new branches, hubs, or facilities based on business requirements
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies, including competitor analysis, demographics, and site potential
- Coordinate site visits, surveys, and assessments for prospective locations
- Negotiate lease terms and agreements with landlords and property owners in coordination with management and legal teams
- Manage the end-to-end expansion process, including planning, execution, and opening activities
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Facilities, Finance, HR, and Procurement to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders regarding fit-out, renovation, and setup activities
Job Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in expansion, project management, facilities, real estate, or a related field
- Experience in logistics, retail, or multi-site operations is preferred
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong project management and organizational skills
