About the role
The clinic provides overnight care to in-patients after the clinic is closed. The scope of this care is limited to general practice. We are not an intensive care facility.
Role responsibilities include:
- Patient care and ward maintenance (cleaning and laundry).
- Work sole charge or within a team and work overnight.
- Work flexible shifts (specific shift details are available after successful application).
- Manage task lists through task prioritisation.
- Handle peak workloads (in this context, high inpatient numbers).
- Assist and support our team of veterinarians and nurses.

Skills and experience
The candidate must be able to work under pressure, follow direction and work in a team. Prior Veterinary nursing experience specifically required. Minimum of 2+ years nursing experience required. Excellent communication skills a must.
Ideal but not essential skills include:
