BOQ Group is seeking a Hybrid Employee Relations Counsel/Senior Employee Relations Specialist to shape people matters across the organisation. You will work strategically and hands-on, partnering with leaders to manage complex ER issues, including disputes and commission matters, and guide the business through tribunals with confidence and credibility.
You will support ER Advisors, coach on complex cases, and help build capability within the People & Culture team while contributing to enterprise.
