Bonfect Snackfood Services is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow our customer base and build strong relationships with existing customers.
This role suits someone who enjoys meeting people, understands customer needs and is driven to achieve sales results.
You'll represent our snackfood range, identify new business opportunities and work closely with our team to deliver reliable, friendly service.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers within your assigned territory.
- Maintain and grow customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Present products, promotions and pricing clearly and professionally.
- Work towards agreed sales targets and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with the internal team.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and help resolve service issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity, sales opportunities and follow-ups.
- Share feedback on customer preferences, competitor activity and market opportunities.
About you
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- A proactive approach to finding new business and following up opportunities.
- Good organisation and time-management skills.
- The ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
- Confidence using email, spreadsheets and customer-management systems.
- Previous sales experience, ideally in foodservice, wholesale, FMCG or a related industry.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Vehicle allowance/car provided.
- Training provided to help you succeed in the role.
