About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Macarthur store. This is a part-time position at 32 hours per week.

• Lead by example to build an inclusive, high-performing team, while driving budgets, KPIs and great customer experiences.
• Create a strong customer-first environment where every interaction reflects the brand and a consistently high level of service.
• Coach and develop your team through regular on-the-spot feedback, support and ongoing capability building.
• Execute visual merchandising in-store, balancing brand guidelines, customer needs and store presentation with commercial judgement.
• Take ownership of stock processes and daily operations, keeping priorities clear to support smooth day-to-day running.
