You will coordinate all aspects of event delivery on campus and offsite, from catering, audio visual, theming, registration and VIP management through to risk documentation and budget tracking. The role also provides financial and administrative support, including purchase orders, invoicing and post‑event reporting, manages the sourcing and procurement of Bond merchandise, and serves as a key point of contact for event‑related enquiries.

This is a full‑time role based on a 36.75‑hour week. Because event schedules vary, some flexibility is needed, including occasional evening and weekend work during key events.

  • A relevant undergraduate degree in event management, business administration, marketing, communications or a related discipline

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the initiative to manage multiple events concurrently and meet competing deadlines independently
  • Excellent written communication skills, including drafting invitations, event publications, correspondence and budgets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom and event systems, with an eye for identifying sales opportunities and improving work systems
  • A customer‑focused, collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with academic staff, students and colleagues

Previous experience in a tertiary environment, and knowledge of event management, CRM and registration systems, will be highly regarded.
