We are a growing Australian business group working across accounting, business advisory, finance, insurance, property development and technology.

We are looking for a bilingual Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Manager, with a strong focus on short-form video editing.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn raw footage into polished content that holds an audience’s attention.

You will create videos for our business brands and the personal brands of our leaders, adapting your editing style to different audiences while maintaining a consistent look for each brand.

The position is part-time, 20–25 hours per week, based at our Kew office, with the potential to become full-time as the role grows.

• What You’ll Do
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Linked In, You Tube and paid advertising.
• Shape talking-head footage, interviews and B-roll into clear, engaging stories.
• Create strong opening hooks and alternative edits for testing in social campaigns.
• Add captions, text animation, motion graphics, music and sound effects where they support the story.
• Handle colour correction, grading and audio clean-up to deliver polished, consistent videos.
• Create and adapt content in both English and Farsi.
• Organise footage, project files and revisions, and deliver work on time.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager on content ideas, feedback and revisions.
• Assist with other marketing tasks as your skills and the role develop.
• What We’re Looking For
• Fluency in English and Farsi, including the ability to understand spoken content and prepare accurate on-screen captions.
• Proven experience editing high-quality short-form videos for social media or paid advertising, supported by a strong portfolio.
• An excellent sense of storytelling, pacing and timing.
• Confidence making creative decisions when editing talking-head videos, interviews and B-roll.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent software.
• Skills in colour correction, colour grading, audio clean-up, sound design, captions and motion graphics.
• The ability to adapt your editing style across different brands.
• Strong organisation, reliability and a collaborative approach to feedback.

Experience with Meta Ads, website updates or CRM platforms would be an advantage.
