Bolton Clarke is seeking a Senior Manager, Care Translation to lead the Care Translation Team and champion evidence-informed improvements across the organisation. You will drive clinical advisory, practice improvement and implementation initiatives to enhance quality, safety and person-centred care.
You will build partnerships across clinical, operational and research stakeholders, translate evidence into practical policy and service improvements, and monitor impact of programs to sustain high standards.
