Bolton Clarke is seeking a part-time Home & Community Support worker to provide in-home personal care for clients in Pinjarra Hills, Indooroopilly, Kenmore, Moggill and nearby areas. You will help clients live independently at home with dignity and compassionate support, backed by a dedicated clinical and allied health team.
Applicants should have Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent, a valid driver licence, CPR/First Aid, and be prepared for a Police Check.
