The Role
You will be part of a team dedicated to our residents, contributing to a model of care that goesabove and beyondevery day. Every day you will be making a difference in people’s lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families.
Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean andmaintainedat a high standard at all times
Vacuuming,moppingand polishing floors
Cleaning bathroom facilities
Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniturelocatedin the residents' room
Assistwith the provision of a safe,efficientand hygienic care service throughmaintaininga clean environment and adhering to infection control practices.
Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys asrequired
To be successful, you will have:
Willingness to take direction from others
Reliability and shift flexibility
Good timemanagement skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Raffles, a 95 bed residential aged care facility located near the beaches of the Southern Gold Coast. Close to several shopping centres, schools, public transport, restaurants and a vast range of health and community services
