We're looking for a capable, organised administrator to support our operations, sales and accounts teams.
Rather than filling a fixed job description, we want to find the right person and build the role around their strengths and experience. Depending on what you bring, this could be a hands-on Administration Assistant role or a more senior position with greater responsibility.
Day to day you could be involved in some (or all) of:
- Setting up and managing jobs in Simpro, our job management system
- Scheduling support and keeping customers informed
- Quoting, invoicing and payment processing
- Timesheets, records and general accounts support
- General office coordination and support to management
About You
- Solid administration experience, ideally in a trade, construction, mining or service business
- Simpro experience highly regarded, or experience with similar job management software
- Confident with Microsoft 365 - Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
- Organised, accurate and comfortable juggling competing priorities
- A clear communicator, confident on the phone and in writing
- Someone who takes ownership and follows things through without being chased
