We're on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Retail Counter Salesperson to join our team at a busy automotive paint and equipment store located in Dandenong South.

The Role
- As a key member of our front counter team, you will be responsible for:
- Serving walk-in and phone-in customers
- Taking and processing orders
- Picking and packing orders
- Stock and shelf management
- Assisting with paint mixing and tinting (training provided)
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role offering variety every day – from sales to technical support to picking in the warehouse.
About You
- Previous experience in automotive trade sales or a mechanical/spray painting background is highly regarded
- Friendly and confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Reliable, team-oriented and eager to learn
- Physically capable of performing manual tasks (e. g., lifting stock)
- Hold a valid drivers licence
