ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Front of House Superstar at The Yard, you'll be the face, the energy and the first impression of our studio. You'll play a huge role in growing our community, turning enquiries into members and creating an experience that keeps people coming back.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES & LEAD MANAGEMENT
- Own the leads pipeline, taking enquiries from first contact through to membership.
- Call new leads, book trial sessions and get people excited about our RIG and TURF programming.
- Build relationships, understand client goals and create a personalised trial experience.
- Lead membership conversations, confidently handle objections and close sales.
- Keep CRM records up to date and track performance against weekly targets.
- Work closely with coaches to create great trial experiences and drive conversions.
SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT CREATION
- Capture the energy of The Yard through content featuring our training, coaches, members and community.
- Create daily Instagram Stories and support regular grid content.
- Showcase member wins, testimonials and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Create engaging, local content that builds connection and grows our brand.
- Stay across trends and bring fresh creative ideas to the table.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS & MEMBER EXPERIENCE
- Deliver an amazing welcome, seamless check-in and memorable experience for every visit.
- Run Welcome Tours and introduce new clients to their coaches.
- Build genuine relationships and get to know our members by name.
- Create an environment where everyone feels welcome, supported and part of the community.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in sales, customer service or front desk, ideally in fitness.
- Confident on the phone with great people skills.
- Understanding of CRM systems and sales pipelines.
- Confident creating Instagram content with experience in CapCut or similar.
- Organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for fitness and training.
- A team player who loves building community.
- Available for early mornings, evenings and some weekends.
