BOC is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead and embed best practice industrial relations, compliance and workforce governance across the business in Australia. This hands-on advisory role covers enterprise bargaining, awards, investigations and complex ER matters, working with HRBPs and senior leaders.
The role is open to base in NSW or VIC, requiring full work rights in Australia and a strong background in IR within manufacturing environments.
