Bob Jane T-Marts at Shellharbour are looking for a Sales Executive to help lead their team. This is a great opportunity for those with retail management experience or for those in the tyre industry to take the next step in their careers and move into Management.
Role includes:
- Assisting the Franchisee in all managerial tasks and managing the store when the Franchisee is not in attendance.
- Motivating the team and driving sales to meet budgets & KPI’s.
- Selling tyres, wheels, batteries, and alignments.
- Inspecting customers' vehicles and advising them of what they need.
- Providing quotes and working with the foreman to manage workflow.
- Banking and enforcement of company policies, OHS laws, and procedures.
Marlin experience highly regarded.
